Cancellation Policy
We understand unexpected things can and do happen to all of us. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask you please give us 24 hours notice as we often we have people on a waiting list who need to be seen. Giving us 24 hours notice ensures that we have sufficient time to contact people and give them the newly vacant appointment. Unless there is an emergency or illness, contacting us 12 to 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment fee. Less than 12 hours notice and no-shows will result in a full fee charge.
If not paid in advance, full payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. Thank you for your business!
